Its finally stopped snowing, but the windchill is brutal

last year we lost power again for a longer period of time, but we lucked out, we found someone who lent us their generator. So I went online on amazon and bought the same generator as we already had the electrical connection set up, as well as the powercord to the generator

2 years ago we had a real bad ice storm, which sent a few of us to RED CROSS SHELTERS even my mom from Europe. So I ordered a generator 1 year later( after another really bad storm) Never mind it took 8 months to arrive after ordering. ) now the adventure started to set it up. connect the batteries, to checking the fuel lines.

I love Christmas

we are in the middle of renovating the bathrooms. I am going through all the furniture which will have to be moved, to put down the tiles . amazing how much research I did in the psast . and how much is outdated today

My visit to the oral surgeon went very well. I got A+

the Md used a saw to make a line where he he split the jaw bone and filled the crack with a bone graft. that will make the ridge wider. Dr Kuepper ROCKS

I love to watch people at the airport

no pne can see a bigger variety of cultures and people.I was not always able to do this in the past. As I was always running from one errand to the next one. Now after breaking the same ankle 2 times and being laid up for so long, people watching has become more interesting

Boston here we come

we are on the way to pick up my mom.she is coming in from Europe I can t wait to see her. I am feeling very tired. We have been extremely busy at work too. my favorite site www.crimescene.com has a new mini mystery running. maybe tonight I can enjoy it

SHEER DUMB LUCK

I was late to bring my daughter to school, and I ran a dark yellow light. the same split second a blue and red light exploded behind me. I pulled over and told My daighter that we have been caught. he followed me to the side of the road, then swung put and drove around me. wow that was close

my Christmas Garland is 1/2 finished

I did not want to buy too many beads so I tried to estimate, but that did not work either, It was a good thought though

my highlights of today

cleaning out my car was not my highlight but it was highly needed. I have some growing to do. I have been making earrings and necklaces for my daughter all her life. I am pretty sure my art is not her style anymore. one of my bracelets was too heavy. I was able to save all the crystals and put them on a wire to keep them organized, until I figure out what I can create with them

my daughter went to school in the coolest outfit I have ever seen nothing matched and she wore mismatched Soccer socks as well but amazingly, it looked swesome to her

I got home around 9.30 pm. now I am doing 2 loads of emergency laundry. Otherwise I have nothing to wear at the office. We finished the photobook about the cruise and uploaded it and will have it bound and printed. No wonder I am so tired in the day time. too much to do at night
