I was looking for a very special flower or bush for my hummingbird garden / haven in my woodland back yard. the first plant I fell in love with was only for zones 8 and on top of that highly poisoneous. Strike that one.
My second choice was INDIAN PINK not quite my hardiness zone either, but oh so pretty. This was not working the way I had planned. I consilted a proffessional Gardener named John, who kindly gave me so many hummingbird friendly plants, that my head spun very fast and wildly
Now we are going about it the right way. Now I can look up the suggested plant and go from there.
Dog training JD is 7 weeks out of surgery, and he is usibg his leg. not 100 % of the timebut his muscles are coming back. currently I am teaching him patience. I have a bag of goodies for both of us under my left shoulder and after 15-20 minutes does he get a bite. he is not crying or begging, but he has his eyes fixed on the prize
